If you have any questions or require clarification, our team will be happy to assist you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for choosing ShareWiFi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are confident in the quality of our products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to return your ShareWiFi unit within ten (10) days from the date of receipt due to product defects or hardware-related issues, you may qualify for a full refund, subject to the Return and Refund requirements outlined in Section 6 of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. 1-Year Limited Warranty<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every ShareWiFi unit includes a <strong>One-Year Limited Warranty<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Covered Components<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following major components are covered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Router (if defective)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coin Slot \/ Coin Acceptor (if malfunctioning)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible warranty claims include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free replacement of covered components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical assistance for covered hardware issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to Remote Maintenance and Repair Services as outlined in Section 4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Components and Conditions Not Covered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Network cables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enclosures or casing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LED lights and accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by power surges, lightning, water exposure, corrosion, misuse, accidents, or physical damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stolen units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any hardware or software modification performed without ShareWiFi authorization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any unauthorized modification to the unit automatically voids the warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping for Warranty Replacements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For approved warranty claims involving defective covered components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Within thirty (30) days from the date the unit is received:<\/strong> ShareWiFi will cover the shipping fee for the approved replacement unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>After thirty (30) days from the date the unit is received:<\/strong> ShareWiFi will no longer cover the shipping fee. The customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping costs for the warranty replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For warranty claims made <strong>after thirty (30) days<\/strong>, the customer is required to <strong>return the defective or damaged unit\/component to the ShareWiFi warehouse for inspection and verification before a replacement can be released.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The returned unit\/component will be checked by authorized ShareWiFi warehouse staff to verify the reported issue and determine whether it qualifies for warranty replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A replacement unit\/component will only be released after the defective item has been received, inspected, and approved by ShareWiFi.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for properly packaging the defective unit\/component to prevent additional damage during return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, incorrect power adapters or voltage, power surges, unauthorized modifications, physical damage, or other conditions excluded under this warranty will not qualify for free replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Warranty Extension Program<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers who wish to continue selected warranty benefits beyond the initial One-Year Limited Warranty period may enroll in the ShareWiFi Warranty Extension Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program coverage may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continued remote maintenance coverage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued remote repair services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extended hardware protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement benefits subject to program terms and conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Program fees, coverage details, and eligibility requirements may vary and will be communicated separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund &amp; Return Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Refund and Return Policy outlines the mandatory requirements for processing returns and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Return Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return the product in its original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Properly package the unit to prevent shipping damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid using Cash on Delivery (COD\/COP) services for returns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Required Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers requesting a return, refund, or replacement must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An unboxing video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clear video showing the QR warranty tags attached to both the router and coin slot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No QR Warranty Tag Verification = No Return, Refund, or Replacement Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 Inspection and Approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt of the returned product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ShareWiFi will conduct a complete inspection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund eligibility will be determined based on inspection findings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.4 Customer Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned unit arrives safely and without additional damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may affect refund eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Additional Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installment Payment Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customers enrolled in installment payment plans are required to pay all scheduled installments on or before their due dates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beginning <strong>July 1, 2026<\/strong>, overdue installment payments will incur a <strong>late payment fee of 5% of the overdue amount per day<\/strong>, subject to a maximum cumulative late fee of <strong>30% of the overdue installment amount<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overdue installment: \u20b11,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late fee: \u20b150 per day (5%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum late fee: \u20b1300 (30%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Late fees will be automatically calculated and added to the customer&#8217;s outstanding balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to keep installment payments current may result in temporary suspension of certain services, benefits, promotions, or future financing eligibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ShareWiFi reserves the right to deny future installment applications from customers with repeated late payment history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All overdue balances and applicable late fees must be settled before any warranty extension, refund request, transfer request, or other special service requests can be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Important:<\/strong> To avoid penalties and service interruptions, please ensure that installment payments are made on or before the scheduled due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installment Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installment payments already made are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Transfer &amp; Email Change<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request to transfer the registered ShareWiFi account or change the registered email address <strong>free of charge within thirty (30) days from the date the unit is marked as delivered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the initial thirty (30) day period, all account transfer or email change requests will be subject to a <strong>\u20b11,000 processing fee<\/strong> per request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All account transfer and email change requests are <strong>subject to ShareWiFi&#8217;s review and approval<\/strong>. ShareWiFi reserves the right to approve or deny any request to verify ownership, prevent unauthorized transfers, and protect account security.
