Hi ShareWiFi,

I request to transfer my ShareWiFi Router (MAC ADDRESS: ) and/or Coinslot (MAC ADDRESS: ) from my old portal account (@gmail.com) to my new portal account (@gmail.com).

I understand that upon requesting this transfer, I may lose control of my unit and accept any possible risks involved in this process.

I also agree to pay the ₱1,000 processing fee for this request.
