For added peace of mind, ShareWiFi offers an Extended Warranty Program that allows eligible customers to continue selected warranty benefits beyond the standard warranty period.

By extending your warranty, you can enjoy continued protection against common hardware failures and reduce future repair expenses.

✅ What’s Covered #

During the active Extended Warranty period, eligible customers will receive:

• Free replacement parts for the Router and Coin Slot/Coin Acceptor
• Continued coverage for qualifying hardware-related failures
• Protection against normal hardware issues covered under the warranty terms

Coverage applies only to units that are fully functional and in good working condition at the time of warranty extension.

❌ What’s Not Covered #

The Extended Warranty does not cover:

• Power adapters
• Network cables
• Antennas
• Other accessories and consumable items
• Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, fire, tampering, or forced opening
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications
• Units that are already defective, damaged, or non-functional at the time of warranty extension

⚠️ Important Reminder #

Extended Warranty must be purchased while the Router and Coin Slot are still functioning properly.

Please note:

• Warranty extension applications will only be approved for units that are fully operational at the time of enrollment.
• Warranty extension cannot be purchased after a unit has already become defective or non-functional.
• Once a unit is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not working, it is no longer eligible for warranty extension.
• We strongly recommend extending your warranty before any issues occur to ensure uninterrupted coverage and lower costs.
