Thank you for choosing ShareWiFi. We are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer support. This document outlines our warranty coverage, refund policy, and lifetime support commitment.
1. 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee #
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your ShareWiFi unit. However, if you wish to return the product within 10 days of receipt, you will be granted a full refund if the return is due to product issues or defects.
2. 1-Year Limited Warranty #
Your purchase includes a 1-year warranty covering specific hardware components of your ShareWiFi system.
Covered Components:
- Router (if defective)
- Coinslot (if malfunctioning)
Exclusions (Not Covered):
- Network cables, enclosures, LED lights
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning, water, corrosion, or physical force
- Stolen unit
- Any kind of modification to any part of the unit (hardware or internal system).
Once modified, the warranty is automatically voided.
Replacement Policy:
- Free replacement parts will be provided.
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping if reported within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 days: โฑ200 flat-rate nationwide
- Customer shoulders shipping costs for replacements requested after 1 month
3. Lifetime Technical Support #
All ShareWiFi customers are entitled to lifetime customer support. Our technical team is available to assist you with:
- Troubleshooting
- Configuration guidance
- General technical concerns

4. Refund & Return Policy #
This Refund Agreement outlines the mandatory terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds from ShareWiFi. This policy is final and non-negotiable.
4.1 Return Policy
Customers are required to return the product in its original condition without using Cash on Delivery (COD/COP) services.
The package must be securely packed to ensure no damage occurs during transportation.
4.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers must take full responsibility for ensuring that the product is returned without any damage.
Customers who wish to return their unit are required to provide an unboxing video, as well as a clear video showing the QR warranty tag attached to both the router and the coin slot.
Note: No QR warranty tag video, no return or replacement.
4.3 Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned product, ShareWiFi will conduct a detailed inspection to verify its condition.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after successful inspection and approval.
4.4 Agreement Compliance
By agreeing to return the product under these terms, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above conditions.
Any deviation from these terms may lead to a denial of the refund request.
4.5 Additional Conditions
- Installment Dues: Any installment payments already made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Income Return Requirement: Any income earned from the unit must be fully remitted to ShareWiFi prior to the processing of the refund.
- Change of Mind: Returns due to personal preference, business decision, dissatisfaction not related to product defects, or server maintenance will be subject to a โฑ2,000 processing fee.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
